How To Be A KIDTOPIA VENDOR!
Retail Vendor Information
Location: Four Mile Historic Park
Images: Company logo (high resolution)
Booth Fees: 10’ x 10’ space: $100.
Booth fees include Kidtopia.co link and optional blog, Exposure at during event to sell items or services, extensive support.
Options: Larger booth available upon request. rent tent and tables from our vendor,
Sales: Vendors retain 100% of the revenue from sales.
Clean Up: Cleanup and removal of all equipment must be completed by 5 pm.

What we provide:
- 10 x 10 space during the event
- Inclusion on the official vendor list at kidtopia.co
We take in Vendors as a first come first serve basis.
Vendors will not be allowed to sell beverages (soda, juice, water etc.) during Kidtopia. However, we will consider requests for the sale of specialty food & drinks.
After submission of your application, a Kidtopia rep will contact you to give you more info about setup.
When filling out the application please be prepared to provide the following:
- 100% vendor fees: during application
- Copy of original certificate of insurance
- Copy of temporary retail food license
- Final menu form
- Copy of high resolution logo
All of these items will be due by August 24th
One of the main goals for Kidtopia is to promote your business. Let your followers know you will be at Kidtopia using the official graphics located in our Digital Media Kit.
Once accepted for this year’s Kidtopia, vendors will have permission to use the name of Kidtopia's name and logo for the purposes of promotion and advertising of their upcoming participation at Kidtopia Denver.
